Truth, Gently - Group space
Starting: October 2025
Where truth meets belonging.

This is not therapy
10-week live group journey
It’s real-time, relational work. It’s a space to unlearn the habits that once kept you safe, but now keep you stuck.
This experience is designed to help you name and express what you’re feeling, stay grounded in emotionally charged moments, and set boundaries without closing your heart. Together, we’ll explore how to rebuild trust with yourself and others, turn triggers into turning points, and navigate conflict with greater clarity, care, and self-trust. You’ll also learn to listen with presence and empathy — without fixing or absorbing others’ pain.

Stay connected
We’ll practice what most of us never learned
how to stay connected and still be honest, how to speak what’s true without shrinking or shutting down, how to set boundaries without closing the heart. We’ll explore what it means to be held by others while holding ourselves, so that honesty becomes a bridge, not a wall.

You’ll walk away with
- A deeper sense of emotional safety
- Practical ways to say hard things without causing more hurt
- Relational skills you’ll actually use — not just read about
- A group of people who’ve truly heard you, seen you, and honored your truth
The format & price
- 10 weekly online sessions (2 hours each)
- Small group (max 10 people) for safety and depth
- A mix of breakout dyads, group reflection, and guided practices
- Optional partner/home practices for integration
- WhatsApp group for support between sessions
We start by creating a circle of trust. Simple agreements, clear intentions, and the ground that will hold us. You’ll meet a way of speaking and listening that brings more truth and more kindness into your life.
Most of us look at life through filters of right/wrong, good/bad. Here, we learn to see with fresh eyes. To name what is really happening—without blame, without story. This shift alone opens the door to deeper connection.
Feelings are signals. Needs are the roots that give them life. This week, you’ll learn to hear both in yourself and in others. We’ll practice moving from silence or hiding to speaking what’s real, gently and bravely.
Before we can meet others, we learn to meet ourselves. Self-empathy, forgiveness, and learning to trust your own heart again. This is the soil from which real love and honest communication grow.
Boundaries are not walls—they are doors. Saying no with clarity and kindness protects what matters most and builds deeper trust. We’ll practice this simple but powerful art.
Anger, when misunderstood, can burn. Anger, when listened to, can guide. Together we’ll explore what lies beneath triggers and outbursts, and how to turn fire into a clear signal of what your heart truly needs.
Inside, we carry many parts—young ones, protective ones, wise ones. This week is about listening to them, letting them speak, and learning how to bring them into harmony. Inner conflict becomes inner dialogue, and dialogue becomes peace.
Many of us give ourselves away in order to be loved. This week, we learn another path: how to make requests that are honest and respectful, and how to stay open whether the answer is yes or no.
Conflict is not the end of connection—it can be the doorway to deeper intimacy. Here, we practice repair: how to come back together after distance, hurt, or misunderstanding, with more strength than before.
We close with appreciation. For ourselves, for each other, and for the ground we’ve walked. Gratitude is what seals the learning and lets it live on, in your daily life and relationships.
Here’s what people have experienced in this space — in their own words.
Testimonials

Hanneke
Being part of this group has given me a safe space where I truly feel heard and seen. The openness of everyone in the group invites me to be more open too, and to share my feelings and needs with honesty. I’ve learned to check in with myself and become more aware of what’s alive in me. With Yana’s gentle guidance, we’re encouraged to go deeper and explore the deeper layers behind our needs — it’s been both grounding and transformative.

Love it love it love how joyful , connecting these practices are. And I love how surprisingly deep we go in observing our reactions, needs and beliefs in our communication. It makes me more aware of how I choose to relate to people and more considerate.
